SalaryOverview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Clerical Assistant. As a Clerical Assistant, you will provide administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our office. Duties: - Perform general clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents - Assist with data entry and maintaining electronic and physical records - Answer phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate staff members - Greet visitors and provide them with necessary information - Schedule appointments and manage calendars - Assist with administrative tasks such as drafting correspondence, preparing reports, and organizing meetings - Utilize Google Suite and other computerized systems to complete tasks efficiently Requirements: - Previous experience in an office or administrative role is preferred - Knowledge of dental office procedures is a plus - Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize workload - Proficiency in using computer software such as Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite - Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills - Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping - Ability to work independently as well as part of a team Please note that all positions at our company are paid, including internship positions.
