Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
- Scheduling and confirming appointments
- Check in/out patients and greet other visitors
- Maintain patient's personal, insurance, and medical information in an electronic format (Our system is Intergy/EHR)
- Assist with medical billing, statement process and other insurance claims matters
- Answer phones & direct calls in a polite and professional manner
- Prepare examination rooms, ensuring they are clean and stocked with supplies
- Room patients, take vitals and chart medical information and concerns
- Submit prior authorizations and/or referral requests
- Assist providers or other staff members as needed

Skills:
- Proficient in medical terminology and procedures
- Experience working in a medical office or healthcare setting
- Familiarity with electronic medical records systems and basic office equipment
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge and understanding of HIPAA laws and regulations

Pay: From $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 36 per week
