SalaryQueens Centers for Progress, an Agency providing person-centered services to adults and children with intellectual and developmental disabilities, is seeking a Clerical Assistant for our Accounting Department at 164th Street, Jamaica, Queens.
Summary: This position provides clerical assistance and receptionist duties to our Accounting Department.
Duties:
- Complete PO’s when necessary
- Filing, typing, copying collating and ordering supplies
- Bank Reconciliations for Individuals
- Complete receptionist duties and provide switchboard coverage as needed.
Requirements:
Associates degree and one year experience with clerical duties required. Proficiency with Microsoft Office; Word, Excel, Access required. Successful candidates must be detail oriented and have good communication and interpersonal skills. Accounting/bookkeeping skills a plus.
