ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES
· Performs routine to complex duties and clerical support for an assigned area. Processes various documents, including mail pick up and distribution and faxes.
· Conducts routine to moderately complex research gathering and collecting data and preparing reports for review by Management. Runs various department reports, as needed.
· Greets visitors to the department. Receives and screens incoming telephone calls, takes messages, and/or directs callers to appropriate personnel, as needed.
· Answers questions regarding assigned department operations and procedures.
· Processes documents and records. Enters information into computer system and maintains appropriate records as needed. To include petty cash and client checks.
· Monitors and tracks outstanding and/or missing paperwork and documents. Assists with taxi vouchers for program staff when needed.
· Maintains assigned files and records. To include, but not limited to, dietary daily receipts and transmittal to the Accounting Department, as well as updating monthly dietary menus.
· Performs other miscellaneous duties as assigned.

This position will be advertised on Indeed as a Part-time positions with scheduled hours of: 1:00pm to 5:30pm, Monday-Friday.
EQUIPMENT USED
PC computer including Excel and Word, fax, telephone, calculator, and other equipment, as appropriate.
QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); m1mmum of 6 months related experience, preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience. General office skills, proven ability to accurately input data into computer from various source documents.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to applicants, employees, supervisors/managers, and representatives from outside organizations.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Ability to perform basic calculations such as to add, subtract, multiply, and divide using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
REASONING ABILITY
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
