Job Requirements / Responsibilities
- Maintain the Quality System Policies and Objectives.
- Must have working knowledge of the railroad’s inventory control system.
- Act as liaison between suppliers/contractors and Management and Accounting.
- Manage and enforce the damage/INOP reporting procedures.
- Assist in tracking and reporting facility activity as required by customers.
- Follow company procedures and requirements for new hire paperwork and employee training.
- Enter daily payroll and production, and have payroll complete by weekly deadline for Operations Manager’s approval.
- Assist in compiling information and generating any required weekly/monthly company or customer reports.
- Any other reports or special projects required by the company or customers. This description is an outline of the major recurring responsibilities of the job. It is not intended to be all-inclusive of the work performed.
- Must pass background check, drug test and e-railsafe.
