SalaryCentral Coast Urgent Care, Inc. is looking to find an enthusiastic and reliable person to join our friendly staff!
The right candidate must be computer literate, work efficiently, independently, and upbeat while maintaining attention to detail. Under direct and indirect supervision, answer inquiries and obtain information for Workers' Compensation patients and other relevant parties.
An understanding of mecial referrals and Workers' Compensation processes, are an important part of this position. This position requires excellent organizational and communication skills.
Requirements:
· One-year of experience in a medical office setting is required.
· Must have excellent interpersonal and phone skills with the ability to interact with employers, insurance adjusters, patients and medical providers.
· Proficiency in keyboarding skills and experience with electronic medical records a plus.
· Maintain the highest level of confidentiality to HIPAA standards.
· Demonstrate a professional attitude and appearance.
Must be flexible and understand that job duties and schedule may change from time to time.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
