About:
TellyHealth provides telemedicine to an array of patients, predominantly in the geriatric population. Pioneers in the PCP at home model, TellyHealth MD works closely with MLTCs and HHA to provide remote PCP services and supplementary physician services for patients who have difficulty going to their PCP. We provide a wide range of services for our patients including but not limited to: Medication refills, EKG, Radiology services, blood work and more. Our robust backend team of nurses, medical assistants and administrative staff coordinate and schedule appointments, manage the patients census, assist in coordination of services including RPM, DME requests, medication refills and referrals to specialists and therapists.
We are looking to expand of specialist network.
Endocrinologist Job Description:
- Receive referrals for endocrine patients from internal physicians.
- Prescribe, monitor and manage CGM.
- Provide care for patients with chronic endocrine conditions, including physical examinations, evaluations, assessments, diagnoses, and treatment of patient population.
- Prescribing medication and ordering Lab work.
- Collaborate with administrative team to promote optimal outcomes for patients.
Requirments:
- Medical License in NY with board certification in endocrinology (NP/PA with similar Specialization accepted).
- Experience with Continuous Glucose Monitoring.
- Ability to provide care remotely.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $120.00 - $170.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 8 per week
