We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Claims Specialist to join our team. The Claims Specialist will be responsible for processing and managing claims to transportation companies, ensuring accuracy and efficiency throughout the process. Duties:
- Review and analyze returns to determine the amount and status of returns
- Ensure all necessary documentation is obtained and accurately recorded
- Process claims within established timelines and guidelines
- Investigate and resolve any discrepancies or issues that arise during the claims process
- Maintain accurate records of all claims activities
Requirements:
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
