This administrative position in healthcare management earns a competitive salary of $135,000 - $155,000/year, depending on experience with additional bonus compensation. A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A COO

A day in the life of a COO is dynamic and multifaceted, involving a mix of strategic planning, operational oversight, and interpersonal management. The administrator plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth functioning of the practice. The role requires adaptability and a commitment to improving both operational efficiency and patient care.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR A COO

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in a leadership role within a healthcare setting, preferably in an orthopedic or surgical practice.
• Strong business acumen with proven experience in strategic planning and financial management.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and quality improvement practices.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team of healthcare professionals.
