🌟 We are on the lookout for a compassionate and skilled Home Infusion Registered Nurse. If you're experienced in administering specialized infusion treatments such as IVIG and Hemophilia, and are passionate about patient-centered care, we'd love to welcome you to our team.
Role and Responsibilities:- 🏡 Provide personalized care in patients' homes, including phone and written communication.
- 💉 Administer specialty infusion treatments, maintaining IV access.
- 📋 Regularly assess and report patient responses to treatment.
- 📝 Document care activities in EMR, adhering to regulations.
- 📚 Educate patients and families on managing treatment plans.
- 🤝 Collaborate with healthcare teams for effective medication regimens.
- 🧰 Maintain and assure quality of equipment used.
- 🎓 Graduate degree in nursing and 1+ year RN experience (or IV Certified LVN/LPN experience).
- 🆔 Valid Registered Nursing license in Texas.
- ❤️ Current CPR/BLS certification.
- 🚗 Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle for business travel.
- 💻 Basic knowledge of computer systems and software.
- 🌍 Willing to travel for work.
- 🕒 Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract, Travel nursing, PRN, Temporary.
- 📅 Schedule: Day shift, Weekend availability.
- 💸 Supplemental Pay: Overtime.
- 📈 Benefits: Flexible schedule.
- 🎓 Education: Associate's degree (Preferred).
- 🧑⚕️ Experience: Nursing - 1 year (Preferred).
- 📜 License/Certification: BLS Certification (Preferred), RN (Preferred).
