Job description

The incumbent in this position is responsible for providing expertise, assistance and direction to the Seminole Tribe of Florida Inc.’s (STOFI) President, and the STOFI executive management team in various aspects of the daily work, including planning, financial and operating issues. The individual serves as a point of contact between the President office and all the STOFI operating units, easing communications and disseminating key information as it gets shared, assisting the STOFI executive team to determine and prioritize business strategies, determining key performance indicators and how to measure it, and recommending actions to improve teamwork across the STOFI operations.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Human Resources or related field is required. Master’s degree is preferred. A minimum of seven (7) years of experience working in a business management role or leadership capacity in program management is required. Prior experience in organizing and directing multiple teams and departments is highly preferred. Demonstrate knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation is highly preferred. An equivalent combination of education/training and experience may be considered. Possession of a valid Florida Driver’s License is required. Demonstrate ability in a project coordination, and facilitation of interdepartmental communications. Demonstrate excellent organizational and interpersonal skills. Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills. Demonstrate proficiency utilizing Microsoft software packages. Ability to travel nationally and internationally as necessary, and work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays is required.
