Purpose
The junior Chief of Staff at Passport is instrumental in supporting the organization's operational needs while leading the company's coordination and HR strategies. This role combines high-level executive support with expertise in operational efficiencies and human resource management, aiming to enhance the organization’s effectiveness and foster an innovative and efficient environment.
Accountabilities

- Operational Leadership: Drive the enhancement and effectiveness of organizational processes, establishing metrics for success and areas for continuous improvement.
- Interdepartmental Synergy: Act as the primary conduit for strategic initiatives between the CEO and internal / external leaders, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and facilitating cross-functional collaboration.
- Personal Leadership Support: Provide high-level partnership to the CEO and leadership team, managing critical tasks with discretion and integrity, thereby enabling the team to focus on strategic business challenges.
Responsibilities
- Operational Excellence: Identify and drive improvements in company processes, enhancing efficiency and productivity across all organizational levels.
- Human Resources Leadership: Spearhead HR initiatives including talent acquisition, employee onboarding, and professional development, aligning with Passport’s values and strategic objectives.
- Policy Development and Compliance: Update and maintain HR and operational policies, ensuring they meet current regulatory standards and support the organization's goals.
- Strategic Collaboration: Act as a pivotal liaison between the leadership team and department heads, facilitating effective communication and strategic alignment across the company.
- Event Management: Coordinate both personal and professional events, overseeing all elements from conceptualization to execution, ensuring events align with the CEO’s standards and objectives.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
