The Chief of Staff for the Chief Technology Officer is a talented, organized leader who conducts a broad range of tasks to ensure success for the Information Technology department, working alongside the Senior Leaders of the technology team. You will manage projects, align on budget expenses, drive leadership meetings. The Chief of Staff will take ownership on projects as well as support the CTO with other priorities. The ideal professional for this role is proactive, resourceful, and efficient with a high level of integrity and confidentiality.

Qualifications
Key skills and experience required:
- Bachelor's Degree
- A minimum of 7 years prior experience supporting a senior-level executive
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, pressured environment.
- Ability to demonstrate good judgement and decision-making skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Ability to communicate in English, both verbally and in written form
- Ability to organize and prioritize numerous tasks and complete them under time constraints.
- Interpersonal skills necessary in order to communicate and follow instructions effectively from a diverse group of clients.
It would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:
- Master's Degree
- 10+ years of relevant experience
- Experience with Board of Directors
- Notary Public
- Experience with hospitality or timeshare.
