Job Description
The CIO is responsible for the development, planning, and implementation of the information and computer technologies across the organization ensuring alignment with current business practices. In addition, this position is responsible for the overall security of the organization’s information technology structure. The CIO will report to the CEO and will partner with the leadership team to develop and drive information technology strategies across the organization that will aid in providing patient centered care through cost-effective methodologies leading to long-term strategic success. This individual will lead a team of staff to maximize efficiency of the technology-based systems and processes across the organization and must be able to adapt to a continually evolving, deadline-driven environment. This individual will also be responsible for overseeing the facility team and serve as a critical point of contact for expansion projects, as applicable.

Requirements:· Bachelor’s degree in a computer-related field; a minimum of ten (10) years progressive experience. Master’s degree preferred.
· Strong working knowledge of office automation products, databases, and remote control as well as computer systems, mobile devices, and other technology products.
· Prior experience in Community Health Center, medical or dental office setting preferred.
