Job Description:
- Prepare and submit a variety of business tax forms
- Compile entries related to tax provisions
- Generate journal entries for payroll
- Address inquiries from the Executive Assistant regarding payroll-related matters
- Perform reconciliations for specific balance sheet accounts, crafting corresponding journal entries, and reconciling transactions within SAP as necessary
- Lead and oversee ad hoc projects
- Prepare monthly internal financial reports
- Assist in creating monthly stand-alone financial statements encompassing the balance sheet, income statement, and cash flow statement
Requirements:
- Possess CPA certification preferred
- Proficient in using Excel, MS-Office applications, and Google applications
- Possess contract reading skills
Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field and a minimum of 3 years' relevant experience
