Job Description
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing channel partners, as well as identify and onboard new partners to expand market reach.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market penetration in the Midwest region.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and customer needs within manufacturing industries.
- Provide training and support to channel partners to ensure they are well-equipped to effectively promote and sell our testing solutions.
- Manage the sales pipeline, from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring accurate forecasting and timely reporting.
- Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to align strategies and meet customer expectations.
Highlighted Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience in Channel Sales
- In-depth knowledge of the manufacturing industry.
- Experience in the recruitment of new sales partners
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to travel within the Midwest region as needed.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with a strategic mindset.
- Experience using a CRM system and MS Office programs
