Talis Group’s client is a leading global company dedicated to ensuring the quality, safety, and compliance of products across various industries. Their cutting-edge technology and brands empower businesses to deliver exceptional products to the market.  The company is growing and hiring a dynamic and results-driven Channel Sales Manager to lead sales efforts throughout the Midwest region into the manufacturing industry.  This remote position comes with full benefit package and expected total compensation  $120-$150k (base plus commission)
 
As the Channel Sales Manager for the Midwest region, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth by strategically managing relationships with channel partners. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in Channel Sales, a deep understanding of the specified industries, and a passion for delivering top-notch testing solutions.
 
Highlighted Duties:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing channel partners, as well as identify and onboard new partners to expand market reach.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market penetration in the Midwest region.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and customer needs within manufacturing industries.
  • Provide training and support to channel partners to ensure they are well-equipped to effectively promote and sell our testing solutions.
  • Manage the sales pipeline, from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring accurate forecasting and timely reporting.
  • Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to align strategies and meet customer expectations.

Highlighted Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering or a related field.
  • Proven experience in Channel Sales
  • In-depth knowledge of the manufacturing industry.
  • Experience in the recruitment of new sales partners
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to travel within the Midwest region as needed.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented with a strategic mindset.
  • Experience using a CRM system and MS Office programs
