Paid Social And Performance Marketing Channel Manager

This is an opportunity to join a fast-paced, rapidly growing company and manage some of our key digital Marketing Channels. Reporting to our Head of Growth Marketing, the ideal candidate will work closely with internal business partners across the organization to drive efficient growth.
In this role, you will:

• Develop, execute and manage Paid Social customer acquisition programs.
• Manage planning, creative development, launch, quality assurance, testing, measurement/reporting, and optimization across a variety of social media platforms to drive efficient customer growth. (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Pinterest, etc.)
• Discover new Paid SocialMarketing Channels, solutions and ideas that will efficiently generate new customers.
• Build on existing Affiliate programs and continually discover/develop new ones to efficiently drive customer acquisition.
• Help create landing pages that drive conversions: ideation, structure, design elements, copy, optimization, and more.
• Work with analytics to generate and review weekly and monthly reporting for all major KPIs.
• Research trends and report competitive market activities; keep pace with social media platform changes, trends, and cutting-edge tactics.

Key Position Requirements

• 5+ years of Performance Marketing experience, with a proven proficiency in managing moderate to large scale Paid Social and Affiliate programs with a focus on growth.
• Experience managing Paid Social and Affiliate channels with large budgets.
• Ability to work independently while interacting with multiple business teams and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Deep understanding of Paid Social advertising campaign management and optimization practices.
• Experience with Meta/FB ads, Google Ads Search, Google Analytics.
• Experience running clean A/B creative and audience tests.
• BS/BA degree preferred.

Not Required, But Nice to Have:

• Experience in financial services is a plus, but is not required.
