Job Description

As part of Disruptive Innovation, you will be a part of building both what we bring to market and how we do it that will be game changers for Kraft Heinz and the food industry as a whole.
The Associate Brand Manager, Growth Channels will sit on the Agile Disruptive Innovation marketing team within KHC's Growth Office. This role will be a key member of a small, focused cross-functional team bringing new capabilities and ideas to life by developing and implementing agile in-market experiments in pursuit of scaling the launch.
This role will require a high level of collaboration with business units, sales teams, and cross-functional partners to develop strategy and execute launches. This individual will support the end-to-end direction from creating the vision & pipeline, building out capabilities or business models, all the way through in-market experiments and ultimately launch. Responsibilities
- Collaborative member of a dedicated Agile Pod team (5 person cross-functional team focused on launching new innovation)
- Champion for Design Thinking and Scrum methodologies across KHC
- Support key initiatives, including but not limited to: strategic vision, pipeline creation, internal alignment, development and execution of the proposition
- Execute test market and build plan to scale launch
- Ensure daily progress across multiple simultaneous initiatives
- Own validation of proposition Desirability, Viability and Feasibility
- Manage internal and external partners offering various inputs for initiatives
- Track project timelines and work plan toward key deliverables
Qualifications
- Experience in Sales or Marketing for an established or startup CPG company
- Excellent organizational and project management skills
- Understanding of Financial P&L
- Experience with Growth Channels / Non-Traditional Retail (Club, Dollar, Convenience, etc.) a plus
- Experience with Design Thinking, Lean Start Up & Agile Teams (SCRUM) a plus
- Strong personal motivation in fast-paced, often ambiguous environment, with a bias for action
- Demonstrated ability to influence teams and experience managing multiple stakeholders
- Strong "big picture" perspective, while also delivering the innovation initiative at hand
- Outstanding verbal, written and interpersonal communications skills to internal/external partners
