As a licensed realtor, you're probably looking for a new challenge. You want to get in front of clients, but you also don't want to spend your entire 8 hour day doing lead generation. As an MSRE agent, you will be responsible for getting really good at what you are made to do, sell Real Estate! You will be booked on 10 to 15 appointments each month, allowing you to focus solely on what you do best.

Instead, we provide you with a steady stream of qualified appointments that are booked by our Inside Sales Team, allowing you to focus on delivering an excellent client experience, closing deals and earning commissions.
As a member of our team, you will receive ongoing training and support to help you grow your skills and succeed in your role. We offer competitive compensation packages and bonuses for top performers. A benchmark for our team is 5 closings in your first 120 days.
Requirements:
- Active Real Estate license, preferred
- Sales experience, preferred
- Full-time availability required
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong work ethic and self-motivation
- Ability to work independently and on a team
