Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and provide excellent customer service
- Operate cash register and process customer transactions accurately
- Upsell products and services to customers
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area
- Answer customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints
- Assist with inventory management and restocking shelves
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals
Experience:
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
- Multilingual skills, particularly in Spanish, are a plus
- Familiarity with POS systems and cash registers is beneficial
- Strong communication skills to effectively sell products and communicate with customers
