Job Description:
The ideal Nurse Wellness Sales Consultant will be passionate about health and wellness, with a strong desire to assist customers in their journey towards better health. This role requires excellent customer service skills, a deep understanding of our product range, memorization for product information, and the ability to maintain a clean and organized store environment. Must be 21+ yrs/old.

Our selection process is rigorous, involving evaluations by our staff, feedback from our customers, and thorough laboratory analysis to guarantee our products are not only effective but also pure and safe for use.
Customer Service Philosophy:
Customers are the base of our business and should be treated exceedingly well. When a customer walks into a store, they should be greeted quickly and feel welcomed into the store. Every first time customer is expected to leave with at least a positive experience, a business card, and a product, even if it is a free sample. Every customer is expected to have a positive experience with our sales consultants and want to come back to shop again.

We believe in enhancing the shopping experience with pleasant music throughout our stores (with the exception of the kiosk). Our team members are encouraged to work together to maintain a clean, well-stocked, and customer-ready environment. In the spirit of teamwork, cash tips are shared amongst all sales staff, emphasizing the importance of collective customer service efforts. We hold high standards for cleanliness and organization in our store spaces, ensuring a welcoming and efficient environment for everyone who walks through our doors.
Key Sales Consultant Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers immediately with a positive and welcoming attitude.
- Provide expert knowledge on our products and services, making personalized recommendations based on customers’ needs and preferences.
- Conduct sales transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring a positive checkout experience.
- Maintain and expand an in-depth understanding of product features, benefits, and usage instructions.
- Memorize product pricing
- Keep the store clean, well-organized, and fully stocked, ensuring a pleasant shopping environment.
- Process inventory shipments/transfers, online orders, restock shelves, and participate in inventory management and control.
- Stay informed about new products, trends, and developments in the health and wellness sector.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and issues promptly and professionally, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve and exceed sales targets and contribute to a positive team environment.
- Strive to increase Key Performance Indicators for sales and customer service
