Cannabis Experience Specialist

Together with cannabis industry-leading dispensary design and technology, the A21 dispensary team is set to deliver a retail Cannabis Experience as it is meant to be experienced.

Position Summary

The Cannabis consultant/ Budtender works one-on-one with guests to recommend products that best match their needs. Responsible for ensuring an excellent guest experience through friendly, outgoing service, strong communication skills, and fluency in all products.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:

· Welcoming each guest personally using enthusiastic words, tone, and body language

· Verifying proper paperwork, documentation, and ID for guests

· Working as a team to maintain an effective atmosphere and efficient service

· Cleaning, stocking, and organizing dispensary; working with others to keep all areas cleaned and stocked in accordance with the Company’s standards at all times

· Inputting orders in a timely and accurate manner, collecting money from guests for products purchased, and making appropriate change

· Quickly and precisely handling cash and debit transactions while always maintaining a balanced cash drawer

-Inventory processing and regulatory compliance.

This is NOT your typical "Budtender" role- but instead as a Cannabis Experience Consultant, you'll receive an experience with an elevated experience of learning all parts of the business to really find your niche. Our Cannabis Experience Consultants are all elevated employees who we believe will be the leaders of recreational cannabis retail in the future.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
