QUALIFICATIONS

• Knowledge of cannabis products, strains, and consumption methods
• Optimistic, service with a smile attitude
• Retail experience preferred
• Minimum 21 years of age
• Must pass any required background checks
• Able to stand for long periods of time per traditional retail responsibilities

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Advise first-time consumers on product selection.
• Check customers' ID to verify legal age; demonstrate excellent communication skills and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Make recommendations of suitable products to customers with specific requirements and requests
• Stay up-to-date and compliant with state and federal cannabis regulatory protocols
• Process and conduct transactions
• Maintain orderly, hygienic, safe retail environment alongside stock organization

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Seasonal

Salary: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
