OVERVIEW
This highly visible role will support the revenue growth of Captify's clients in West/Central regions and be an integral part of Captify's burgeoning business. You will be responsible for pre- and post-sale client strategy and customer support across Captify's programmatic and managed service solutions.
This role requires a high degree of customer focus, a strong understanding of the programmatic landscape, analytical capabilities, and a self-starting and energetic mentality.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIESWhat you'll be doing:
  • Provide proactive, best-in-class customer service and build long-standing partnerships with agency planning and activation teamsOwn, manage, and provide strategic guidance across a book of business for some of the most exciting brands on the planet
  • Communicate proactive business solutions to clients on how they can best leverage Captify's search intelligence technology to drive performance, grow revenue, and increase client retention
  • Ensure seamless end-to-end campaign excellence - handling tasks such as trafficking tags, QA'ing pixels, delivering regular reporting, leading calls, project managing, constructing and presenting insights reports
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to formulate long-term strategic account growth plans
  • Serve as a programmatic consultant to agency and advertiser clients offering strategic recommendations, best practices, optimization suggestions, and more
  • Continuously gather feedback and insights from clients to enhance retention, foster account growth, and support new business wins

REQUIREMENTS
What you need to be successful:
  • Possess 3+ years ad agency, ad tech or programmatic experience in a client-facing role, showcasing expertise in DSP & SSP dynamics, CTV, and the programmatic ecosystem
  • Demonstrate a proactive and client-centric mindset, dedicated to fulfilling client needs
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple projects and deadlines and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Exhibit exceptional communication skills, both in business writing and interpersonal interactions
  • Ability to analyze and interpret data in order to effectively convey insights and narratives to clients through reportable insights and quarterly business reviews
  • The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a keen interest in advertising/media, consumer insights, and programmatic

COMPENSATION
The annual compensation range for the Client Solutions Manager role in Los Angeles/San Francisco is $90,000 - $110,000.
Actual compensation is based on multiple factors that are unique to each candidate, including and not limited to skill set, level of relevant experience, and specific work location. Salary ranges for positions based in other locations may differ based on the cost of labor in that location.
