Overview:
As an Outbound Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to customers and potential clients. You will promote products, services, or events, and gather information or feedback. This role offers in-office training, opportunities for advancement, and performance bonuses based on targets achieved.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to customers and potential clients.
- Promote products, services, or events.
- Collect information or feedback from customers.
- Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly targets.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and outcomes.
- Handle escalated calls or complaints in a professional and empathetic manner
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless operations of the Call Center
- Follow Call Center scripts and protocols to ensure consistent service delivery
- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned
Skills:
- Excellent phone etiquette and strong verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in data entry and navigating computer systems
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to empathize and communicate effectively
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
