Duties:
- Answer incoming calls from patients, healthcare providers, and other stakeholders
- Assist callers with inquiries, appointment scheduling, and general information
- Collect and verify patient information for accurate record keeping
- Analyze and resolve customer concerns or issues in a timely manner
- Maintain confidentiality of patient information in accordance with HIPAA regulations
- Utilize medical terminology and knowledge of office procedures to provide accurate information
- Follow phone etiquette guidelines to ensure professional and courteous interactions
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a medical office or Call Center environment is preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to analyze situations and provide appropriate solutions
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on empathy and understanding
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English is highly desired
- Familiarity with medical terminology is a plus
