Medical Call Center Representative

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage high call volumes and address patient inquiries in a professional and courteous manner, while efficiently transferring calls to the appropriate departments. Provide accurate information about our services to patients, ensuring clarity and understanding .Assist patients with scheduling appointments, catering to their needs and preferences. Utilize effective communication skills to ensure patient satisfaction and foster positive relationships .Analyze patient needs and recommend suitable solutions or services to meet their requirements. Maintain meticulous records of patient interactions, ensuring accuracy and completeness. Perform data entry tasks to update patient information in our system efficiently.

Preferred Skills:

• Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally. Bilingual or multilingual proficiency is advantageous, especially in English and other languages. Strong phone etiquette and active listening skills are crucial for effective patient communication. Familiarity with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems, insurance procedures, and medical terminology is desirable. Proficiency in data entry and navigating computer systems is essential for efficient workflow.
