We're looking for a dedicated Call Center Representative to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Inbound Calls: Answer incoming calls from customers in a professional and friendly manner.
- Customer Assistance: Provide information and assistance to customers regarding our moving services.
- Call Transfers: Efficiently transfer calls to the appropriate moving coordinators based on customer needs.
- Problem Resolution: Address customer concerns and, when necessary, escalate issues to the appropriate department.
- Collaboration: Work closely with moving coordinators to ensure a seamless transition for customers.

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a Call Center or customer service role for 1 year..
- Familiarity with the moving industry or logistics is a plus.
- Proficient computer skills and experience with Call Center software.
- Strong phone etiquette and active listening skills.
- Proficient in data entry and navigating computer systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
