Call Center Representative Moving Company

We're looking for a dedicated Call Center Representative to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Inbound Calls: Answer incoming calls from customers in a professional and friendly manner.
• Customer Assistance: Provide information and assistance to customers regarding our moving services.
• Call Transfers: Efficiently transfer calls to the appropriate moving coordinators based on customer needs.
• Problem Resolution: Address customer concerns and, when necessary, escalate issues to the appropriate department.
• Collaboration: Work closely with moving coordinators to ensure a seamless transition for customers.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a Call Center or customer service role for 1 year..
• Familiarity with the moving industry or logistics is a plus.
• Proficient computer skills and experience with Call Center software.
• Strong phone etiquette and active listening skills.
• Proficient in data entry and navigating computer systems.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
