REQUIREMENTS:

• High school diploma or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with financial products and services
• Experience handling inbound Customer Service calls
• Demonstrated success in Customer Service, with experience in a phone-based Customer Service role

SCHEDULE & LOCATION:

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Typical schedule: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• Location: Bellingham, WA
