Positions We Are Filling: We are hiring Customer Service Representative.
Where: Our Bellevue, Washington office is just off I-90 in Eastgate, with free employee parking and close bus service.
Schedule: Full-Time. Typically, full time is Monday through Friday, 8 hours per day.
Shift: 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

In our Contact Center, you will:
- Receive inbound phone calls from customers, answer their questions, and help solve problems
- Make outbound phone calls to insurance agents and brokers to confirm information
- Respond to correspondence and information requests by e-mail
- Perform data entry of information into our insurance-tracking database
- Gain product knowledge so you can talk about product features
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Note: You will not make outbound sales calls – this is a Customer Service position
Experience: New to Customer Service and insurance? That’s okay! We offer paid training. If you already have customer-service experience, you may earn a higher hourly rate.
We Are Looking for: Great communication skills, a positive attitude, and an interest in learning how to provide excellent Customer Service.
Requirements:
- Good typing skills: 40+ words per minute – if you are not sure of your typing level, we can test you and provide guidance on improving your typing skills
