Job Description
Are you a goal-oriented, motivated individual with a strong work ethic? Do you have a passion for cars and a desire to excel in sales? If so, CarSmart.net is looking for you to join our team as a Sales Representative. As a Sales Representative, you will be an integral part of our dealership's success and will have the opportunity to contribute to our continued growth and success.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner.
- Build rapport with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
- Showcase and demonstrate our extensive inventory of vehicles to potential buyers.
- Conduct test drives and provide detailed product information to customers.
- Negotiate and close sales deals in a transparent and ethical manner.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product features, specifications, and promotions.
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
- Follow up with customers to ensure a positive buying experience.
Qualifications
- Previous sales experience, preferably in the automotive industry, is a plus but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Goal-oriented with a drive to succeed.
- Responsible and self-motivated.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
