The Call Center Morning position requires an individual who is able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle a high volume of calls. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a Call Center and be able to provide excellent customer service. The position requires flexibility in scheduling as it is a 24hr Call Center. The main responsibilities of the Call Center Morning position include:
- Answering incoming calls and providing assistance to customers
- Handling customer inquiries and resolving issues
- Entering customer information into the system accurately
- Following up with customers as needed
- Providing excellent customer service at all times
