This postion is for our Duluth Ga office and we are in urgent need of two Reps in our small Call Center.
- Handle a large volume of incoming calls from customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information about products or services.
- Make outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries, provide updates, and gather feedback.
- Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction, escalating complex issues to appropriate departments or supervisors when necessary.
- Utilize computer systems to accurately document customer interactions, update customer information, and process orders or requests.
- Follow communication scripts and procedures to ensure consistency and quality of service.
- Provide accurate and efficient solutions while maintaining a high level of professionalism and empathy in all interactions.
- Manage time effectively to meet individual and team performance targets, including call handling metrics, customer satisfaction scores, and resolution rates.
