Vice President of Marketing

We are a growing network of 17 medical clinics, dedicated to providing compassionate and expert care to individuals who have suffered injuries. We operate across metro Atlanta with a mission to “provide superior care to those in need”. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Vice President of Marketing to join our leadership team and play a pivotal role in driving brand awareness, patient acquisition, and overall growth.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a comprehensive marketing strategy across all channels, including offline and online, to attract new patients and build brand awareness.
- Oversee all marketing activities, including budgeting, campaign execution, and analysis.
- Lead and manage the Call Center and outside agency vendors.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including physicians, referral partners, and community organizations.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in healthcare marketing.
- Manage and optimize performance across all marketing channels, including Call Center Operations, outdoor media buys, digital marketing, and social media.
- Analyze marketing data and identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
- Develop and maintain a strong brand identity and messaging platform.
- Manage and negotiate vendor relationships and media buys.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant marketing regulations and laws.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field, with a minimum of 10 years of experience in senior marketing roles.
- Proven track record of success in implementing successful marketing campaigns, with a focus on healthcare or legal industries.
- Experience in managing Call Center Operations and outdoor media buys is highly desired.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Deep understanding of the healthcare industry and the personal injury landscape.
- Strong budget management and financial acumen.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in marketing software and digital tools.
