- Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and answering questions about products or services.
- Listen attentively to customer concerns and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or supervisor as needed.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of company products, services, policies, and procedures to effectively assist customers.
- Meet or exceed performance goals, including call quality, call handling time, and customer satisfaction metrics.
- Work collaboratively with team members and other departments to ensure seamless customer experiences.

Qualifications:
