Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our team. The Inside Sales Representative will play a key role in reaching out to warm prospects, educating them about our in-home medical services, and converting leads into customers. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, excellent communication skills, and a passion for making a positive impact on people's lives through healthcare services.
Key Responsibilities:
Inbound and outbound calls to warm leads and prospects to introduce GoMed's in-home medical services.
Build rapport with prospective customers by understanding their healthcare needs and concerns.
Educate prospects on GOMED and the benefits of receiving medical care in the comfort of their own homes.
Effectively communicate GoMed's value proposition and service offerings to potential customers.
Qualify leads and determine the best course of action to move them through the funnel.
Schedule appointments the Providers to conduct in-home consultations and assessments.
Verify the insurances and complete the necessary steps to schedule the prospects for the providers.
Collaborate with Providers to optimize efficiency of seeing the prospects
Attention to details to insure accurate medical billing charts
Qualifications:
Proven track record of success preferably in the healthcare or medical industry.
Strong sales acumen with the ability to persuade and influence decision-makers.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and concisely.
Highly motivated self-starter with a proactive and results-driven mindset.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Proficient computer skills
Prior experience with outbound and inbound calling and lead generation techniques is a plus.
