HR MANAGER
Location: Cedar Hill, TX -
- MUST Travel the first two months to NJ to help relocate employees.
- MUST know ADP payroll/benefit processes
PREFERRED:
- Mandarin language
- Manufacturing HR experience
Requirements: 5 years or more experience HR/management
- Plans, leads, develops, coordinates, and implements policies, processes, training, initiatives, and surveys to support the organization’s human resource compliance and strategy needs.
- Conduct ADP bi-weekly payroll process.
- Coordinate benefit enrollment process for all eligible employees (through ADP).
- Collaborates with leadership by analyzing information and providing advice, counsel, and decisions to support the organization's goals and strategy
- Administers/oversees administration of human resource programs including, but not limited to, compensation, benefits, and leave; disciplinary matters; disputes and investigations; performance and talent management; productivity, recognition, and morale; occupational health and safety; and training and development.
- Develops staffing strategies and implementation plans and programs to identify talent within and outside the organization.
- Monitors and ensures the organizations compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; reviews and modifies policies and practices to maintain compliance.
- Plans and organizes all activities of the department. Responsible for developing department goals, objectives, and systems.
- Actively support, drive, and consistently uphold the company's core values and culture.
- Oversees the daily workflow of the department.
- Answers general employee questions
