*** Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, addressing their inquiries and resolving any issues they may have. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be fluent in Spanish and possess strong problem-solving abilities.
***Duties:
- Answer incoming customer calls and respond to inquiries in a professional and timely manner
- Provide accurate information about services, promotions, customer accounts etc
- Assist customers with scheduling appointments, processing and answering Payment information, Service questions, etc
- Conduct outbound calls to follow up with customers, gather feedback, scheduling
- Utilize phone etiquette to ensure positive customer interactions
- Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Collaborate with team members to resolve complex customer issues
- Maintain customer records and update information as needed
*** Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (Spanish is a +)
- Strong Customer Service skills with a focus on providing exceptional service
- Ability to analyze situations, identify problems, and propose effective solutions
- Proficient in data entry and navigating computer systems
- Ability to effectively communicate complex information to customers in a clear and concise manner
- Multitasking abilities are a plus
