Our client is a growing and thriving company that is seeking a proven & experienced CUSTOMER SERVICE MANAGER. Ideal candidate will be an experienced Customer Service Manager that can support and grow the department. Will be responsible for coaching and managing a team of CSR’s to deliver on important call center performance metrics. Develop & implement new processes & procedure that will improve the customer experience via productivity, staffing and high-quality interactions. Will also be responsible for revenue generating activities to improve the business by driving performance of CSR’s in appointment setting and new membership plans. A background in Call Center Management is required, and Customer Service, Technical Support, or Back-Office experience is preferred. This position currently does not have options for Hybrid or Remote work, this will be an in office position.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum of 5+ years of Call Center Management experience
- Sales leadership experience preferred i.e.. appointment setting & new memberships
- Exceptional interpersonal & communication skills
- Strong supervisory experience, including staff development
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, Word & PowerPoint
- Demonstrated ability to drive sales through the actions of others
- Superior knowledge of call center tools and technology used to manage KPIs i.e.. Five 9 and Verint preferred
- Proven leader with advanced time management, planning, organizational, and multitasking skills
- Strong communication skills
- An ability to hold team members accountable for job performance, including adherence, KPIs, and process
- A bachelor’s degree is preferred

COMPENSATION: $80K - $90K Base Salary Based on Experience Plus Bonus Potential
