As a full- or part-time Dentistry Call Center - Customer Service Rep, you are committed to providing the best customer experience possible. Every day, you cheerfully answer inbound phone calls and make outbound calls as needed. Your bilingual ability comes in handy as you seamlessly transition between Spanish and English. Using your training and knowledge of the dental industry, you thoroughly answer customer questions and promote the value of dental health. QUALIFICATIONS FOR A DENTISTRY CALL CENTER - CUSTOMER SERVICE REP

• 1+ years of Call Center experience
• Bilingual in Spanish and English
• Engaging tone of voice
