LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a tech company in Mesa. This organization is in search of a Customer Service/Call Center Representative to join their team. This position is fully in office, Monday-Friday 7am-4pm. Hourly pay is $20/hr.
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls with professionalism and courtesy.
- Assist customers primarily over the phone, addressing inquiries, and resolving concerns promptly and effectively.
- Process payments accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely posting to customer accounts.
- Conduct research to resolve discrepancies and update account information as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain high service standards and achieve departmental goals.
- Provide exceptional customer experiences, fostering positive relationships with clients.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in customer service or call center roles preferred.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and data entry.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Demonstrated reliability and punctuality.
- Tech-savvy with a willingness to learn new systems and processes.
Pay Details: $19.00 to $20.00 per hour
