Title: Call Center and Front Desk Supervisor
Are you a dynamic leader with a passion for providing outstanding customer service and supervising a team in a friendly, fast-paced environment? We are seeking a dedicated Call Center and Front Desk Supervisor to join our team and ensure that our patients receive the highest level of care and attention each and every time they call or come into our practice.
We are Forest Orthodontics & Pediatric Dentistry, and we don’t just give our patients amazing smiles, we give them confidence! Dental experience is not a must for this role; your passion, enthusiasm, and willingness to be a team player are what we are looking for! Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead, coach, and mentor the Call Center and Front Desk team to ensure exceptional customer service and patient satisfaction.
  • Oversee patient scheduling, registration, and check-in processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Coordinate with clinical team to optimize appointment scheduling and patient flow.
  • Monitor and evaluate individual and team performance, providing regular feedback and coaching to drive improvements.
  • Ensure training programs and delivered effectively to enhance the skills and knowledge of the team.
  • Analyze Call Center metrics and performance data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and best practices.
  • Develop and implement best practices for Call Center operations to enhance the overall patient experience by collaborating with team leads and practice management.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that reflects our family-focused and friendly culture.
  • Manage patient inquiries, requests, and concerns, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Handle escalated patient inquiries and issues with professionalism and empathy.

Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in a Call Center/customer service supervisory role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong focus on customer satisfaction
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Commitment to upholding the highest standards of patient care and service excellence.
