ICAT is currently seeking a Business Operations Coordinatorlocated in Broomfield, Colorado.

In this this exciting role, you will provide administrative and clerical support to the Underwriting Operations Team. You will be responsible for processing procurement, expenses, purchase orders and assisting the office manager in the smooth running of a busy office.

We will count on you to:
- Implement and maintain accurate and efficient vendor management and payment processes for invoices, requisitions, resolving discrepancies, and generating reports.
- Provide backup and ongoing support to the accounting team
- Generating quarterly payment transaction detail reports & receiving transaction detail reports, through Oracles OBIEE Reporting system.
- Maintain and update job aids for quarterly reporting process as needed.
- Provide administrative support for Underwriting Operations
- Provide administrative support for American Express ICAT Corporate Cards
- Use independent judgment to provide routine clerical services to ensure adequate support to professional and management staff.
- Operates office machines, such as photocopiers and scanners, facsimile machines, voice mail systems, and personal computers to support efficient business continuity.
- Review files, records, and other documents to obtain information to respond to requests.
Provide back-up support for Executive Assistant (as needed)
What you need to have:
- 2+ years of administrative experience
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, track record of consistently meeting deadlines.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills: highly proficient in Excel and PowerPoint with a willingness to learn new software tools.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Driven, resourceful and good working attitude.
- Team player, able to work well with multiple stakeholders and build rapport in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of integrity, independent and committed with high level of initiative.
- Forward planning, understand prioritization, diligent execution.
- Strong business acumen

Marsh McLennan is committed to hybrid work, which includes the flexibility of working remotely and the collaboration, connections and professional development benefits of working together in the office. All Marsh McLennan colleagues are expected to be in their local office or working onsite with clients at least three days per week. Office-based teams will identify at least one "anchor day" per week on which their full team will be together in person.
The applicable base salary range for this role is $35,300 to $67,800.
The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
