About the role
Onsite Hybrid
#LI-Hybrid; LI-Onsite
In this role, you will have broad responsibilities supporting the business and the Executive Team (NET) by providing project coordination, operational and administrative support on activities, initiatives and processes according to business needs. Additional responsibilities include serving as the Executive Administrative support to the GM, manage various tools and assets on behalf of the business and develop and deliver effective internal communication plans and events.
Your Key Responsibilities:
• Provide administrative support to GM, executives and teams, acts as a team member for administrative projects & manages the administrative part of special tasks; plan and organize events and meetings; coordinate administrative procedures and systems and devise ways to streamline processes.
• Support Director, Project Management and Business Operations by serving as co-owner and managing or providing administration, as appropriate, for assigned tools and programs, builds process documentation and knowledge.
• Coordinate, develop and deliver communications projects or specific communications programs.
• Project Coordination: manage assigned workstreams, provide project execution and planning support, coordinate activities, monitor action items and communicate to deliver outcomes that drive efficiency and effectiveness.
• Prepare data (Excel, Power Point, Google Analytics, etc.) requested by NET or senior colleagues.
• First point of contact for inner-workings of Navigate; maintain knowledge on business, processes and entities to appropriately resolve issues or direct people to appropriate resources.
• Report technical complaints / adverse events / special case scenarios.
• Other duties as assigned.
Role Requirements
• Associates Degree with 5+ years experience or otherwise 7+ years in life science industry in an administrative role
• 5+ years experience with operations and/or project management
• Excellent communication, organization and time management skills
• Strong business mindset, critical thinking skills and resilience
• Ability to anticipate and proactively resolve conflicts, use diplomacy to resolve problems and discreetly handle confidential matters on a regular basis
• Strong customer focus and commitment to delivering high quality deliverables
• Impeccable attention to detail, sound judgement and discretion and aptitude for continuous learning/dynamic knowledge development
• MS Office, SharePoint and Visio experience
Desired:
• Drupal and/or Google Analytics experience preferred

Novartis Compensation and Benefit Summary: The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between $XXX - $XXX/year; however, while salary ranges are effective from 1/1/23 through 12/31/23, fluctuations in the job market may necessitate adjustments to pay ranges during this period. Further, final pay determinations will depend on various factors, including, but not limited to geographical location, experience level, knowledge, skills, and abilities. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a sign-on bonus, restricted stock units, and discretionary awards in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick time, and parental leave), dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment. If hired, employee will be in an "at-will position" and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
