Hope Health Care is seeking a highly motivated, well-organized, experienced Business Office Manager to join our team.
Primary Functions:
- Answer multi-line phones in a courteous manner
- Greet visitors entering the office
- Maintain organization, efficiency, and cleanliness of front office
- Receive incoming mail and faxes and direct to appropriate departments
- Research invoices for accuracy and forward for processing
- Resolve invoice discrepancies, working closely with clients and Accounting Department
- Collaborate with all departments to help streamline administrative processes and procedures
- Familiarity with healthcare compliance and regulations
- Maintain HIPAA compliance to safeguard patient privacy
- Maintain vendor contracts
- Maintain company reports
- Record meeting minutes
- Assist Admissions Coordinator as needed
- Provide general administrative support to the team
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office
- Experience handling a wide range of administrative duties
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and solve problems
- Positive Mindset
- 1 year of Business Office Manager experience required
