As a Provider Service Attendance Office Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient operation of the office, managing attendance records, and coordinating provider schedules. Your responsibilities will include overseeing administrative tasks, maintaining accurate records, resolving scheduling conflicts, and communicating effectively with providers and staff. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage attendance records for both staff and patients, tracking attendance trends, and implementing strategies to improve attendance rates.
2. Oversee daily office operations, including administrative tasks such as billing, payroll processing, and budget management.
3. Serve as a primary point of contact for providers, patients, and internal staff, facilitating effective communication and resolving any issues or concerns.
4. Supervise office staff, providing guidance, training, and performance management.
5. Collaborate with healthcare providers, patients, and caregivers to ensure seamless coordination of care and services.
6. Identify areas for improvement in care coordination processes and implement strategies to enhance quality and efficiency.
Qualifications:
1. High School Diploma or GED, along with two years related experience and/or training. Must be Bilingual.
2. Previous experience in a healthcare setting, with knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare regulations.
3. Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
4. Proficiency in office software such as Microsoft Office Suite and electronic health record systems.
5. Leadership abilities, with experience in supervising staff and managing teams.
6. Problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities and environments.
7. Attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining records and handling administrative tasks.
8. Customer-centric approach, with a commitment to providing high-quality service to patients and providers.

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
