CLAIMS ASSISTANT

Morae Global Corporation seeks to find the best and the brightest people – those who understand what it takes to deliver top-quality solutions for our clients. We are looking for a claims assistant with a large, international client in Dallas, Texas.

Responsibilities:

• Review and analyze data.
• Develop innovative client deliverables.
• Develop and deliver presentations.
• Coordinate with client and Morae team members to ensure on-track, on-schedule project work.
• Learn and develop skills relevant to our clients, including legal operations, process redesign, spend management, and legal-specific digital tools.
• Work independently as well as collaboratively with the project team.
• Build strong relationships within Morae, and with clients of all roles and levels.
• Learn and develop skills and expertise relevant to our clients, including compliance and legal operations and regulatory requirements. 

Requirements:

• Must be able to work on-site starting in January for this long-term project and be able to commit to the entire project. (This is a multi-year engagement)
• Previous experience is not required but must have strong administrative skills and data processing skills.
• Must be highly organized and able to work in a team setting.
• Work will include working with large, global manufacturing client in support of North American claims.
• Desire to learn about manufacturing claims, be able to pull and process data and take on new tasks as assigned.
• Should be able to learn a variety of different client systems. 
• Have a high level of professionalism and outstanding business judgment.

• A self-starter attitude, combined with the ability to exercise independent judgment and critical thinking while working in a collaborative, team environment.

Pay: $18.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
