Essential Duties:
- Verify and process Insurance billing.
- Maintain census documentation.
- File paperwork and post State Notices.
- Assist with referrals, insurance benefits, and authorization.
- Handle TARS system, Medi-Cal billing, and HMO billing.
- Run Medi-Cal/Medicare eligibility checks.
- Assist with phone inquiries.
- Contribute to admissions and collections processes.
- Request postage checks.
- Support all other Business Office duties.
Work Schedule:
- 8-hour shift
- Mon-Fri
