SalaryBusy Endocrinology office looking for a seasoned Office Manager. This is a fast paced, busy practice where you will be working with patients, staff and the Doctor directly. Skills must include excellent customer service, phones, scheduling, data management, organization, delegation and leadership, diagnostics and problem solving, computer proficiency, multi-tasking and the ability to fill many different roles depending on needs.
Daily duties including but not limited to answering telephone calls, responding to emails, assisting with prior authorizations, acting as the main point of contact for insurances carriers and case managers, assisting with prescription requests, billing issues both internally and externally, workers compensation, medical records, being back up for front desk/ medical assistant and handling personal matters for the Doctor as needed. Covid Vaccination required.
Office is small but busy and all members must work together as a team. Candidate must be able to hit the ground running and have experience.
Upon offer of employment, drug screen may be required (provided by employer).
