We are looking for a passionate and experienced Office Manager working with tangible goods to join the R&R Industries, Inc. Team!

The Office Manager is knowledgeable in order processing, purchase orders, and processing credits as well as has a background in Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP) and CRM knowledge; added bonus if this person has some Customer Service background. The Office Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the office, managing a team of 9 employees that specialize in Order Processing, Purchase Orders, Processing Credits, AR, AP, Customer Service, Artwork/Graphic Design, etc. The Office Manager is proficient and comfortable with core business functions where troubleshooting requests or verification of order processing comes natural.
It is the responsibility of the Office Manager to ensure that office employees work efficiently to meet deadlines and be mindful of continuous improvement throughout their workflow; to define and measure key job functions as a means to identify what is working and what processes need to be improved. The Office Manager will continuously train to help office employees be self-sufficient in their primary job function as well as are cross-trained in other office job functions.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of relevant managing experience with increasing levels of responsibility; minimum requirement of managing a team of 5 employees
- Minimum of 3 years of bookkeeping experience
- Must possess a fundamental understanding of accounting principles and knowledge of common office practices, procedures, and use of office equipment
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
- Familiarity with ERP systems
Responsibilities
Supports the Office by performing the following:
- Advise, train and drive staff
- Interview and train new office employees; cross-train
- Assess and evaluate office team members on measurable KPIs through performance evaluations and coaching conversations
- Continuously improve systems and processes
- Employee time card maintenance
- Other misc. duties as needed/requested
Supports Business Functions by performing the following:
- Sales Tax review and tax reporting
- Governmental licenses, fees, forms and general customer compliance
- Pay various invoices (FedEx, UPS, etc.)
- Data Quality Assurance
- Other misc. duties as needed/requested
Supports Miscellaneous Company functions
Monday through Friday, 8am-4:30pm.
